Set on a 100acre organic hill sheep farm, Springhill bunkhouse is suitable for families, friends,corporate meetings/activity groups and clubs for weekends or longer. Sole use or shared use welcome.
Ideal for walking, cycling, relaxing with friends, team management and horse riding on site, own horse welcome.
Ground Floor.
From the parking area, follow a slab pathway to enter through double oak doors into a large tiled entrance area with room for outdoor clothes, recycling, drying room, cloakroom with washer and dryer.
Into the large dining area, off which is the modern kitchen, fully equipped, with range gas cooker, large american fridge/freezer with ice maker,dishwasher etc.Tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels etc supplied.
There are several small steps on the tiled ground floor, both floors have underfloor heating.
Through into the hallway leading to the stairs and separate sitting room, with television/dvd, and double bed settee.
First floor.
Sleeping up to 22 people in 5 different carpeted
bedrooms ranging from single occupancy to sleeping 7, including
an en-suite family room, with double, 3 single bunks and bed settee. 1 1 bathroom, 3 showers.
Facilities include patio,
lawn area, hot tub, BBQ, selection of outdoor games including table tennis,
activities including on site horse riding and cycle hire and walking, all to help you relax and enjoy yourselves. Within 10miles there is fishing, ,quad biking, paint balling, golf ,canal boating, steam trains and National Trust properties.

Tariff
Basic cost £15 per person per night, sole use must pay for at least 16ppn.Beds are made ready for you. Self catering, breakfast food, packed lunches can be supplied
